Energy Drops

Introduction I blogged recently about Drops of Energy. In the blog I realised that the key to increasing energy, is not really stopping the leaks (or drips as I call them). And week to week their really isn't any opportunity to re-fill instantly. Rather rebuilding energy comes one drop at a time. Drop by drop. Drops of Energy As I have worked on increasing my personal energy one drop at a time, I realised that I play a significant role in other peoples energy. I can either be a drop of energy, or a drip (in both senses of the word) and drain them. I started looking for a simple idea to encourage people one drop at a time and came across Gallup's drop in a bucket. I liked the idea, but logging into a website, to send a drop that someone else, who has to click a link for didn't really appeal. So I created my own drop, in Word, that I copy and paste as an pciture into an email and send. My aim, is to use it as a simple effective way of dropping energy into peoples lives. The big lesson: As I encourage people and drop energy into them, often I am dropping energy into myself at the same time. If you would like to use the template, download it here.
